Returns and Refund Policy
Any Little Monster product purchased through us can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days from the date you received your Little Monster Backpack. Please read the below steps on how to process your return or refund.
1. Request a return by e-mailing us first.
You can contact us at email@example.com. Please include: your name, your order number, the reason for the return, and if you want to return for a full refund or exchange for another product. After submitting your request please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your request. We will email you with product return instructions.
2. Returned items must be complete and not missing parts or accessories. When you do return an item please remember to include details in the package of the order such as order number and your name.
3. If you receive a broken or defective product, you are eligible for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Our standard policy is to send you a replacement for free. However if you wish to process a refund, it is also ok. Just let us know.
4. We do not provide return shipping labels or cover the cost of return shipping. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packaged properly. Our return address is as below:

5. Refunds will be issued back using the same payment method you used to process the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 business days from receiving your product to processing your refund request.
Warranty Issues after 30 days
We offer a lifetime month warranty on all products if defective. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and full name and we can organise a replacement to be sent to you.
