Returns and Refund Policy
At Little Monster, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Little Monster Backpack, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you received your order. Please read the steps below on how to process your return or refund.
- Request a return by emailing us first.
To request a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, order number, the reason for the return, and whether you want to return the item for a full refund or exchange for another product. After submitting your request, please allow us 2-3 business days to process your request. We will then email you with product return instructions.
Ensure that the returned item is complete and not missing any parts or accessories. Please include details in the package, such as your name and order number.
If you receive a broken or defective product, you are eligible for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Our standard policy is to send you a replacement for free. However, if you prefer a refund, please let us know.
Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels or cover the cost of return shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packaged properly. Our return address is as follows:

Warranty Issues After 30 Days
We offer a lifetime month warranty on all products if they are defective. If you have any warranty issues, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and full name, and we will organize a replacement to be sent to you.
